Corona Emergency Aid: is aimed at small commercial companies (max. 49 employees*), self-employed or members of the freelance professions
* The number of employees corresponds to the number of annual work units (AWU), i.e. the number of full-time workers employed during a year. Working owners are counted.
Part-time employees and seasonal workers are only taken into account according to their share of AWU. Trainees are not to be taken into account.
You must submit an application online via the NBank customer portal, register there and fill out your application online. You must also attach a completed „De-minimis-declaration“ and proof of the company. Commercial companies submit an extract from the commercial register or a business registration or a copy of the trade union register and freelancers submit confirmation of registration of self-employment at the Tax Office - proof of the VAT number or other proof (e.g. Chamber membership etc.). Liquidity credit: is aimed at freelancers as well as small and medium-sized commercial companies with less than 250 employees and an annual turnover of max. 50 million Euro or an annual balance sheet total of max. 43 million Euro, which have their permanent establishment in Lower Saxony. To maintain your solvency or to buy equipment, you can apply for a loan of between 5,000 Euro and max. 50,000 Euro. The term is 10 years. The loan is interest-free for the first two years. Collateral is not required. You must submit the application online via the NBank customer portal, register there and fill out your application online.
