Applications for corona emergency aid can no longer be submitted

 

Hessen Micro-liquidity: is aimed at self-employed individuals and small businesses with max. 50 employees* who are experiencing financial difficulties due to the coronavirus crisis.
You can apply for a loan between 3,000 Euro and max. 35,000 Euro. The term of the loan is 7 years, the first 2 years are exempt from repayment. If the coronavirus crisis demonstrably results in a drop in sales, WiBank can waive repayment of partial amounts of up to 50% of the loan amount.
Make the application online. Before doing so, however, you should read the help for filling in and have prepared the following documents:

  • Copy of your ID,
  • Business registration / registration at the Tax Office / extract from the commercial register,
  • If applicable, a copy of your residence permit for non-EU citizens,
  • Current tax assessment of your company (at least 2017, if possible 2018/2019),

* this means the number of full-time equivalents: for example, several part-time workers result in a full-time equivalent.

Short-term liquidity aid: aimed at small and medium-sized companies (max. 250 employees and max. 50 million annual turnover), freelancers (artists insured under the Artists' Social Insurance Act) as well as social enterprises in the legal form of a gGmbH with headquarters or permanent establishment in Hessen.
You can obtain a loan of between € 5,000 and € 200,000 from your bank. The first two years are repayment-free. You can choose between two options for repayment: two years with final repayment or five years with two repayment-free years and then constant quarterly repayment (current interest rate: 1.25% nominal).
